These instant rebates are available to Puget Sound Energy customers, living in a building with four units or less, who heat their home with natural gas or electricity provided by PSE. Work must be completed by an independent contractor, pre-authorized by PSE. Participating contractors will test the carbon monoxide level, in your PSE natural gas heated home, and provide a free carbon monoxide alarm.
